“In 2015 we were 15th cleanest city in the country. We can feel where it stands now…”

• Sanitation Infrastructure: Public toilets remain insufficient and poorly maintained—a critical area the city lagged in, even as waste collection improved significantly, climbing from 125th to 36th in recent scores.

• Drainage & Infrastructure: Persistent potholes, messy storm drains, and general infrastructure decay point to deeper governance challenges.
