Introduction

Nestled in the bustling heart of East Hyderabad, Jain's Central Park East in Narapally is rapidly shaping up to be a premier address for urban luxury and contemporary living. As we enter August 2025, the project is witnessing significant progress, bringing future homeowners closer to a lifestyle defined by modern comfort and strategic connectivity.

Project status update as of August 2025!!

Construction Progress & Project Milestones

Jain's Central Park East covers an expansive 7.5 acres and comprises 788 thoughtfully designed 3BHK apartments ranging from 1,910 to 2,220sq.ft. The RCC-framed structure is being executed as per high-quality standards, with premium construction materials like Ultratech RMC and Fe 550D TMT Bars from top brands ensuring both strength and safety.

  • Structure and Civil Work: By mid-2025, major structural work for most towers is either completed or nearing completion. The use of double-charged vitrified tiles, Italian marble in reception lobbies, and granite finishes highlights the focus on durable and elegant interiors.

  • Internal Installations: Electrical wiring (Havells/Finolex) and plumbing (with fittings from Jaquar/Kohler) are underway in advanced towers. Sanitary ware and CP fittings are being installed floor by floor.

  • Amenities & Clubhouse: The expansive 47,000sq.ft. G+5 clubhouse is in its final construction phase, set to house top-class amenities such as a gym, billiards lounge, preview theatre, library, and much more. Outdoor sports facilities and landscaped gardens are being developed, with greenery and water features taking shape as per architectural plans.

  • Common Areas: Cellar parking, driveways, and secure entry/exit points with boom barriers are being readied. Surveillance cameras, high-speed lifts (Mitsubishi/Schindler/Otis), and smart access control are under installation as a part of a sophisticated security promise.

Connectivity & Infrastructural Growth

Residents can look forward to enhanced connectivity, as several ongoing infrastructure projects near completion:

  • 6-Lane Uppal Elevated Corridor is nearly operational, shaving off commute time to Medipally and Uppal.

  • The Metro Phase III Expansion (connecting Uppal to Bibinagar via Ghatkesar) is progressing, promising seamless access to key business and educational hubs.

  • Key commercial landmarks like MJR Mall and Asian Cinesquare Multiplex, as well as educational institutes like Delhi Public School, lie within a short drive.

Sustainability & Utilities

The project ensures sustainability with features like:

  • A full-fledged Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and water softening system for treating and recycling water.

  • Energy-efficient lighting and power backup (excluding ACs/geysers), plus rainwater harvesting for eco-friendly living.

  • Fire and safety systems are being put in place in line with updated fire norms.

What’s Next?

  • Final finishes and interior works are ongoing for multiple towers.

  • Clubhouse interiors, landscaping, and community infrastructure are expected to be completed shortly.

  • The handover for early-phase towers is projected to commence in late 2025, with full completion to follow as per RERA timelines.

Conclusion

Jain’s Central Park East is on track to becoming one of Narapally’s landmark gated communities, with robust construction, impressive amenities, and rising connectivity powered by Hyderabad’s expanding infrastructure. As of August 2025, excitement builds among future residents as the finishing touches promise a blend of luxury, security, and vibrant community living—a true gateway to the best that East Hyderabad can offer.
