Nature‑infused design story
The restaurant’s concept leans into PLANTA’s plant-based ethos, using greenery, wood, and soft earth tones to bring a garden-like calm indoors. Hanging planters, potted trees, and trailing vines punctuate the space so diners are always visually connected to nature while they eat.
Signature abacus feature wall
One of the most striking elements is the abacus-inspired installation in pale oak, layered with a circular lattice motif that echoes tree rings and leaf veins. Backlighting behind the rows of timber and glass beads adds a golden glow, turning a simple counting tool into a poetic symbol of mindfulness and slow dining.
Warm materials and lighting
The palette shifts from deep teak to soft oak, paired with sage and neutral upholstery that keeps the room light, airy, and photographable. Custom lighting—from glowing circular sconces to cone-shaped amber pendants with integrated greenery—casts a diffused, sunset-like warmth across the interiors.
Dining zones and atmosphere
Inside, the layout layers cozy banquettes, intimate two-tops, and communal tables, allowing the space to flex between date nights, group dinners, and solo visits. Outside, the glass façade and terrace seating extend the experience to the street, making the restaurant feel open, social, and always in conversation with the city around it.
Design details that photograph well
Every table setting—smoky glassware, dark plates, and rolled napkins—has been curated to sit beautifully against the warm wood and soft upholstery.
